Where: Kelly Inn @ Yankton, SD

When: Saturday Night October 2nd; Social Hour from 5:30-6:30; Meal at 6:30 and Awards to begin following the meal around 8:00.

Cost: Awards Only ~ $15 per person & Meal & Awards ~ $30 per person Please RSVP to the office by September 19th.

Meal: Yankee Pot Roast with Savory Brown Gravy, Chicken Cordon Blue, Mixed Greens with selection of three dressings, Deli salad, Seasonal Vegetable, Potato, Bread, Coffee, Decaf or Tea and a cash bar will be provided my Minervas Grill & Bar.

Room Reservations: Please call the Kelly Inn at 605-665-2906, a block of rooms have been assigned for Thunder Valley Dragways. If you want a pool side room you will need to request one.

Gates Open at 6:00 p.m.

Match Races ~ 7:00 pm

SATURDAY RACES

Gates Open at 9:00 a.m. on all High School Race Days ~ Time Trials 10:00 am - Races 2:00 pm

Gates Open at 1:00 pm on all other Saturday Races ~ Time Trials 2:00 pm - Races 3:00 pm

Saturday Night Races ~ Eliminations 7:00 pm

SUNDAY RACES

Gates Open at 8:00 a.m.

Time Trials at 9:00 a.m.

Eliminations at 1:00 p.m.

Rain Out / Cancellation Policy

Racers

No Refunds

If rain or other occurrence halts racing after time trials begin But before the first round is complete, 50% of the entry fee will be honored towards the purchase of a new entry fee within 30 days of the rain-out. This does not apply to trophy classes or test & tune.

If the first round is completed but the second round is not completed, all first round winners will share in 50% of the payout with the remaining 50% going to the next weeks purse. If you win a race in a round that is not completed, the points for that win will not count.

If the second round of eliminations are completed, the remaining will share in 100% of the payout as it will be divided up according to the bracket you were racing in.

Crew and Spectator Policy

No Refunds

If rain or other occurrence halts racing before completion of the first round of eliminations, your rain check can be redeemed for half price tickets of the same value for up to 30 days.

If the rain or other occurrence halts racing after the first round is completed, the race will be considered complete; no refunds, rain checks or trades will be made.
