Rain Out / Cancellation Policy
Race Entrants
No Refunds
If rain or other occurrence halts racing after time trials begin But before the first round of eliminations is complete, 50% of the entry fee will be honored towards the purchase of a new entry fee within 30 days of the rain-out and only entry points will be awarded.
If the first round is completed but the second round is not completed, all first round winners will share in 50% of the payout. If you win a race in a round that is not completed, the points for that win will not count only entry points will be awarded and the points earned in the completed round of eliminations.
If the second round of eliminations are completed, the remaining entrants will share in 100% of the payout as it will be divided up according to the bracket you were racing in.
Crew and Spectator Policy
No Refunds
If rain or other occurrence halts racing before completion of the first round of eliminations, your rain check can be redeemed for half price tickets of the same value for up to 30 days.
If the rain or other occurrence halts racing after the first round is completed, the race will be considered complete; no refunds, rain checks or trades will be made.
